BULLDOGS FOOTBALL NEW HEAD COACH

With the announcement that Coach Lafferty will be taking a secondment leave to support Ever Active Schools, we are excited to reveal our new head coach for Bulldogs Football, Mr. Zach Wilkie.

Zach will be starting at Bellerose in April, taking over Coach Lafferty’s teaching assignment and coaching duties. He has a long history of involvement in football: A player with the Edmonton Huskies and the University of Alberta Golden Bears, an assistant coach for the Bellerose Bulldogs and Sturgeon Composite Spirits, and head coach for SAMFA’s St. Albert Storm in the CDMFA Midget spring league.  Zach is also a certified strength and conditioning coach, and it will be a great asset to our school’s Physical Education and Athletic programs.
